Final Touches maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects our policies, facilities, or myself.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

When booking an appointment over $100.00 a credit card is required to be on file. All cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours before the appointment or the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a no show.

Consultation

First time hair clients must have a consultation in order to book appointments at the salon. This helps me understand the client’s needs and wants and allows myself to properly quote price and time for the appointment.

Service Guarantee

Final Touches guarantees all services for 10 days. If you are not fully satisfied with a service you have received, call us within that time frame and we will be happy to make any tweaks needed to achieve the look originally agreed upon during the consultation. Changing your mind is your prerogative, but requesting a new look will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

Product Return

With a valid receipt, unused or unsatisfactory product can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase or for exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Payment

Final Touches accepts cash, credit cards, or personal checks. There is a $30 returned-check fee.

Safety

Final Touches is a non-smoking establishment. Please do not bring children who cannot safely supervise themselves during your appointment. (Think scissors, chemicals, curling irons, etc.)
